Pastoring Our Families

Even though my responsibilities as a pastor of a church plant are great, they are not as great as the responsibilities I have as a father to my own children. Like many of you, I am continually looking for encouragement in this area as I too am longing to grow in my role as a father.
I came across this blog post this morning and found it to be quite helpful. Do not look at it as a recipe for trouble-free parenting (There isn't one!), but as a helpful tool and aid for godly, intentional parenting.
