One of the greatest needs I believe we have as Christians living in a churched culture is a greater understanding of the power and implications of the Gospel in our daily lives. The Gospel is about much more than just having a ticket to get into heaven; it's also about the here-and-now. It's about God's work in our lives as he roots out sin, restores what is broken, and draws us closer to Himself and to others.
In this video, a friend of mine from college, Tray Lovvorn, and his wife Melody, give testimony to the power of the Gospel and God's work in their marriage, divorce, and reconciliation. God truly does strengthen the weak, comfort the lonely, and mend the broken.
